Instructions

• Virtual participation to KR2020, DL2020, NMR2020, and KR workshops and tutorials is free for everybody, except for primary-authors of an accepted paper, who need to register (see third item).
• Non-paying virtual participants, are kindly requested to send their details (i.e., name, email, affiliation, country, events that will be attended, and reasons for participation), via email to KR2020.local@gmail.com. This is necessary to receive via email the information for virtual participation (Zoom links, registration to Slack channel, etc.).
• For each paper accepted at KR2020, DL2020, NMR2020, or a KR2020 workshop, one author, called herein the "primary author”, needs to register for the respective event. Each primary author can register for at most one paper per event.
• Registration to a KR2020 workshop gives access to all KR2020 workshops and tutorials. This also applies for KR2020 workshop primary authors: if a primary author has accepted papers at different workshops, they only need one KR2020 workshop registration.
• DL2020 and NMR2020 participants receive free access to all KR2020 workshops and tutorials (apart from KR2020 workshop primary authors).
• Virtual attendance for non-authors and non-primary authors is free of charge for all events, and no registration is required. A link for each talk will appear with the program of each event.
• Invited speakers and tutors entitled to a deduction are kindly requested to specify the discount at the "Enter Discount" field.
• KR2020 primary authors who wish to register for more co-located events or buy extra tickets should include KR2020 in their registration and state the amount they have already paid at the "Enter Discount" field.
• Paying participants who wish to change their type of attendance (from physical to virtual) can do so until 31 August 2020, by sending an email with their request to KR2020.local@gmail.com. The refund will be "amount paid" - "virtual registration fees at the time of downgrade" – "transaction fees". In both cases no penalties apply.
• NMR and KR workshop participants are welcome to join the DL2020 dinner/reception. To do so, please include an "Additional DL Dinner/Reception Ticket" in your registration.
• Workshop primary authors that are not KR primary authors are entitled to a 220€ discount if they register for virtual attendance. Hence any virtual participant who has selected a registration option involving KR (i.e. KR-only, KR+DL, KR+NMR, KR+DL+NMR), and "KR Workshops and Tutorials" as add-ons, should enter 220€ in the discount box.
